SCH is a 10 bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) located in Columbus. The services provided are: 24 hour emergency room, lab, radiology, rehabilitation therapy, home health, acute care, swing bed, respite care, assisted living, public health, WIC and nutrition assessment / instruction.
